Our in house team of over 200 fully qualified service engineers operates 365 days a year and is supported by our UK based call centre
which handles calls quickly, efficiently, and effectively.

Communication between call centre and technician is via handheld terminals that provide live, up to the minute and accurate information
helping to increase the rate of first time fixes and reduce down time.
We are also specialists in the provision of Glycol Extra Cold Systems having installed well in excess of 1,000 of these in the last 2 years
and continue to lead the field when it comes to upgrading standard ice bank cooling systems to state of the art extra cold systems.
